О ВНЕДРЕНИИ РЕСНИЦ ВНУТРЬ ГЛАЗА

Описано чотири випадки попадання вій всередину ока (в одному з них одночасно п'яти) при його проникаючому пораненні. Відмічені особливості реакції ока в кожному з них. Показана діагностична цінність ультразвукового дослідження у виявленні вій, недоступних для візуалізації при біомікроскопії. Морфологічні дослідження видаленої кісти райдужки, утвореної в одному із випадків, дають підставу вважати її імплантаційною. Наведено літературний огляд, який стосується питання занурення вій всередину ока і можливої його реакції.
