ОСОБЕННОСТИ СТРОЕНИЯ И МЕТАБОЛИЗМА СОЕДИНИТЕЛЬНЫХ ТКАНЕЙ ГЛАЗА

Багато захворювань ока супроводжуються порушенням структури та метаболізму сполучної тканини (СТ). Наслідком цих змін стають порушення гістогематичних бар'єрів, імунних переваг, гідродинаміки та в кінцевому результаті зорової функції ока. СТ ока характеризується особливостями розвитку та клітинного складу, хімічного складу матриксу, специфікою регуляції його ремоделювання та кінетики клітин. Вроботі обговорюються особливості хімічного складу матриксу СТ різних структур ока, просторова характеристика експресії різних видів колагенів, механізми регуляції об'єму міжклітинної речовини. На прикладі скловидного тіла продемонстрована специфічність організації СТ.
