Гостра втрата зору при нейрохірургічних та неврологічних захворюваннях

Гостра втрата зору – міждисциплінарна проблема. Серед нейрохірургічних та неврологічних захворювань найбільш частими причинами є субарахноїдальний крововилив при розриві аневризм, черепно-мозкові травми, ураження внутрішньої сонної артерії, мігрень (в тому числі офтальмічна та ретинальна), новоутворення хіазмально-селярної локалізації, внутрішньочерепна гіпертензія, демієлінізуючі захворювання. Нейроофтальмологічні прояви виникають у вигляді гемофтальму, оклюзії судин сітківки, ішемічної, компресійної, травматичної нейропатій, невритів та застійних дисків зорових нервів. Важливим є раннє виявлення нейроофтальмологічних симптомів та адекватна оцінка їх значимості.
