Стовбурові клітини органа зору та їх участь у регенерації тканин очного яблука

Обзор литературы посвящен анализу результатов современных исследований стволовых клеток разных отделов глазного яблока у взрослых. Рассматриваются источники, локализация стволовых ниш и маркеры стволовых клеток роговицы (эпителия и стромы), склеры, конъюнктивы, мейбомиевых и слезных желез, сосудистой оболочки, сетчатки, хрусталика. Высказывается мнение ученых о возможностях получения и использования стволовых клеток тканей глазного яблока для их трансплантации с целью лечения заболеваний органа зрения.
