The paper presents the information about the etiology, ecology, clinical forms of bartonellosis. There was given a detailed description of the clinical course, diagnostics and treatment of the disease of the «cat scratch» — one of the clinical forms of bartonellosis, in particular stellate neuroretinitis of Leber. The clinical case of this form of neu-roretinitis is presented and considered.
