THE STATE OF HUMORAL IMMUNITY IN PATIENTS WITH UVEITIS OF TUBERCULOSIS ETIOLOGY

Recidive character of tuberculosis inflammation in eye tissues depends of interrelation between non-specific resistance and specific immunity. Allergic and metastatic forms of eye tuberculosis have the same pathogenic immune disorders. Ig G high level for a long time, its tendency to increase before finishing of treatment, conservation of Ig M high level during course of treatment and also constant increasing serums Ig A level, show not only recidive character of disease, but increasing autogenic sensibilisation. So the role of humorale immunity is not important for course and termination of disease.
