ENZYMATIC ANTIOXIDANT STATUS IN EYE TISSUE IN EXPERIMENTAL SIMULATION CATARACT

In this paper we explored the possibility of a protective influence of tiotriazolin on activity superoxide dismutase and catalase reveal a significant part of the mechanism influence of the drug detected in the experiment.
The obtained results of experimental studies of antioxidant enzymes justify further study of his actions in the clinic.
The fact that the protective action of enzymes on tiotriazolina antiradikal system in the experiment showed that prevents tiotriazolin reduce their activity in the lens and other tissues of the eye.
