ЗЛОКАЧЕСТВЕННЫЕ ЭПИТЕЛИАЛЬНЫЕ ОПУХОЛИ КОЖИ ВЕК: ВСТРЕЧАЕМОСТЬ, ФАКТОРЫ РИСКА, КЛАССИФИКАЦИЯ, ДИАГНОСТИКА, МЕТОДЫ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ И ИХ РЕЗУЛЬТАТИВНОСТЬ

Злоякісні епітеліальні новоутворення шкіри повік локально агресивні пухлини, рідко метастазують і число їх постійно росте. Можуть заподіяти значний збиток повікам і периокулярній шкірі. Успішне лікування пухлини вимагає розуміння її широкого клінічного спектру і знання чинників ризику, пов'язаних з терапевтичною невдачею. Питання відносно оптимальної терапії не вирішене. Стратегія лікування формулюється на індивідуальній основі, зважаючи на розмір пухлини, анатомічну локалізацію і структуру зростання. Потрібно також враховувати імунний статус і тривалість життя пацієнта. Повне видалення пухлини може бути стимулюючим, оскільки злоякісні епітеліальні пухлини повік часто поширюються поза клінічно очевидних країв. Показник частоти рецидивів при кріохірургії злоякісних епітеліальних пухлин шкіри повік склав 4,6%, що значно менше, ніж при традиційній хірургії (від 7до 30%). Оскільки запобігання більш бажане, ніж лікування, людина повинна бути інформована про те, що поява пухлин шкіри може бути зменшена використанням засобів захисту від сонця.
