The paper has shown that application of the method of long-wave fundusgraphy in combination with fluorescent angiography increases efficacy of revealing subretinal neovascular membranes, both at the expense of increased number of additionally registered neovascular complexes, and reduction of diagnostic mistakes in application of the method of fluorescent angiography, especially in the cases complicated by subretinal haemorrhages.
